We have been part of the UAS Düsseldorf for over 10 years. An idea that was born in 2013 in a first semester project has now become an integral part of our university.

E-Traxx offers all students of the UAS Düsseldorf the opportunity to become part of Formula Student. Currently, five out of seven faculties are represented in our team and the team has more than 35 members.

A total of 12 different UAS Düsseldorf’s degree programmes are represented in our team, as well as four other universities and colleges that do not have their own Formula Student team.

In 2023, our team returned to events for the first time after the coronavirus break with around 15 members. For the 23/24 season, our team more than doubled to 35 members, and the trend is rising.

Since our foundation in 2013, we have been building fully electric racing cars. This is not only more sustainable, but is now an advantage for us, as combustion engines will no longer be permitted in the FSG from the 2024 season.

Each member can choose their own department (Business, Electrical, Mechanical) regardless of their degree programme and carry out any activity with the necessary training and instruction.
